1What are the payment methods?
We are currently accepting cash deposits, checks and bank transfers, we are working to implement other means of payment such as credit cards or paypal.
2Do I need to sign a contract?
A "SaaS Services Agreement" must be signed which commits both the company and the client to the provision of the service and its payment, respectively
3Is there a different price for the mobile and web application?
Prices vary by user / month; The price for the use of the Application per user per month is USD 40. To download the application has no cost, the cost is for the user subscription.
4Where may I find the mobile application?
Currently the application is downloadable in play store exclusively for Android.

Not yet, we are working on that.
7Is there a cost to download the application?
No, to download the app is free
8Do reports and forms have any cost?
Eskuad has reports that are free and standardized, but if personalized reports are requested they will have additional costs which will be evaluated at the time of the order.
9Do I have after sales support?
Yes, after the purchase we monitor the operation of the application in the client's systems, carry out maintenance and resolve questions they may have.

1How do I contact someone in case of an emergency?
If you are experiencing any problem with the app, you should contact your company's system administrator, who will contact us and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible

For the web service, any kind of web browser might be used, but Chrome is recommended for best performance. For the mobile app, you must have Android 6.0 Marshmallow or higher version.
3Can photos previously stored in the device be sent?
No, it can not be done, a picture should be taken with the app.
4May I used one mobile account in two mobile devices?
No, the account is designed to be used by only one device at a time.
5I changed my cellphone. What should I do?
You have to contact your company's system administrator, so he can set you up again in the new device.
6May I access into the web app with the mobile account credentials?
No, they are set up differently.
7While I'm using the app, are you following me?
No, the app is not asking for GPS all the time, it only does it when is needed for a specific event, such as starting a task or finishing it.
8May I send and receive information if I don't have internet access?
No, you can't send or receive information until you have internet access. But you can still work with the data stored in your device, and once you finish, your work will be saved locally and updated as soon as the device gets internet access.
9What happens if I go to a place without internet access?
You must update the data needed for the task, before you arrive to the mentioned place, and then you won't have any trouble.
10Does Eskuad consumes all my internet data?
No, Eskuad only needs some kilobytes
11I don't remember the password for my account ¿What should I do?
You must click on "Recover Password", if you still have any problem, you must contact your company's system administrator.
